REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY
Generally our policy is NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS are allowed for purchases made.
However, in the event that an item on our inventory goes out of stock and payment has been made, a full REFUND will be made to the customer. But In Shaa Allaah we will strive our best to ensure that out of stock items are not available on our online Store.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS POLICY
We will exercise our utmost care to check especially on the external part of the book/items before we post out. Nevertheless sometimes the defects such as missing pages or upside down printing may be found on the inside of our books/items which may not have been detected. This, however is rare but it does happen. In the event you receive a defective book/item from us, you may contact us at tarbiyyah.sg1@gmail.com
DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery within Singapore – We charge a flat fee of $2.50 for deliveries via Postage and $7 for deliveries via our door to door courier service.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY IS CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE
At the present time, we do NOT accept orders from overseas and we do NOT do international deliveries. We will update everyone once we are in the position to do so, In Shaa Allaah.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Generally, you can expect to receive your order within 3 to 5 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). However, we are unable to give a guaranteed time frame for delivery although we will try our best to expedite all deliveries to ensure you get your books ASAP, In Shaa Allaah.
Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
